Has anyone got any advice on how to unclog a blocked milk duct please? I’ve been pumping for well over an hour and it doesn’t seem to be working. 😔

I’m using the baby tracker app, and each day is so different. ( baby is two weeks). How many hours are you nursing for and how long is each session.

After 9 weeks of breastfeeding I still don't have enough milk for my LO.... this is so discouraging knowing that I put him on my breast all day and all night but my supply still has not improved!! How long does it took you to provide enough? Is there still hope?
