My LG still has 2 bottles of milk (morning and evenings) and she doesn’t really like plain cow’s milk so we’ve decided to go on 3rd age formula for now. I’m still using normal bottles (the Maam ones with fast flow teat) but wondering if I should switch to a different one? I keep seeing from 1yo they shouldn’t use b...
My LO is 12 weeks and we’ve suddenly found breastfeeding really difficult, one of my nipples is completely cracked and she’s struggling to latch and the other one is starting to hurt as well 😫 Can anyone recommend anything to help please!
Does anyone get really anxious when going out as you’ll most likely have to breastfeed in public? I try and keep going out to short lengths of time to try and avoid having to do it out and about.. I also struggle when people come to visit my house too. Any advice on this?
My midwife gave me some syringes to collect and freeze colostrum and I would like to start doing it this week (38 weeks pregnant), however I'm not sure hot to collect it? My.midwife explained how to massage my breast and I have seen some videos, but my question is: what do you actually use to collect it? I don't thi...
Posting this for anyone that is in the same boat I was a month ago. I’m 16 months PP and have just got my period back! I want to try for baby number 2 towards the end of this year so really want to start getting my cycle back. My daughter was breastfeeding up until last month when I finally weaned her in the night...
I need some advice on when to introduce a dummy to my 3 week old baby. I feel like breastfeeding is established but I’m so worried about nipple confusion and then her not latching. I did try her with a dummy at 5 days old and she did get a bit irritable when I tried to put her on the breast. But I think she needs ...
7 days post c section I have no appetite and I’m worried as I don’t want to affect my milk supply as I’m EBF, anyone feel the same? I thought BF made you hungry

Any recommendations for nursing bras that actually offer support for bigger, less than pert boobs?!
Has anyone ever had milk bleb on their nipple and can tell me how you got rid of it? The last two days breastfeeding has been really painful on one breast and when I've had a look there's a little white spot on the nipple. Any tips? Thankyou x
My little girl turned 1 on the 13th March and will breastfeed on waking, before her morning and afternoon naps and at bedtime but I'd like to transition her to milk from her cup. How has everyone done this? If I refuse to feed (to sleep) she goes crazy so I need advice on how you went about this please 🙏🏼
I don’t know if the amount my baby is feeding is normal. She’s 10 days old and I’m not joking when I say she is permanently attached to my boob. The second she comes off, she’s crying for more. I must feed her easily between 20 and 30 times a day and the feeds are always at least 10/15 minutes, some of them a lot ...
I’m exclusively pumping and I have got a lump on left breast which doesn’t seem to go. I have done cold presses, taken hot showers been pumping regularly. Nothing seems to help and the lactation consultant never answers the call. I’m so nervous. Any suggestions? Thanks
Breastfeeding mommas, has anyone introduced a dummy and not had any issues? I’m considering it to give her the added comfort source when I’m putting my 2 year old to sleep or when she wants to sleep but I keep reading it cause latching problems so I am a bit hesitant…… let me know your experiences please🥰🥰
Hi all! In about a month I’ll be flying (2.5h flight) with my then 4m2w old. He is currently having a mix of breastfeeding and expressed milk, but I’m not against using formula if more convenient for the flight. Our bubs is quite a fussy baby, I don’t know if it’s a phase or just what he’s like, but I’m worried abou...
What way do you give your baby their bottle now at 6m+? Do you still cradle them in your arms and give it to them , are they lying down, sitting up? My baby doesn’t seem to want to be cradled anymore but won’t have it in upward position either?
So I’ve breastfeed my baby from the get go and from our first day home I’ve pumped once at 2-3am and gotten milk for my partner to feed her from a bottle during night shifts. This has always gotten me enough milk. For reference I use the Momcosy s12 pro. I can’t remember how much exactly, but the first picture is ho...
9 week breastfed baby just went 7 hours through the night without a feed Should I be worried???
I am over a week in to exclusively pump breast feeding as my baby has tongue tie and refused to latch. I'm finding it mentally and physically draining. I just am not enjoying it. But feel guilty moving to formula. My midwife said breast milk is kinder to the baby's tummy's which my baby has struggled with reflux an...
I’m trying to increase my supply by pumping after feeds, and I’m not producing a lot plus he’s cluster feeding so I just feel like I’m empty. Which side do I offer first for the next feed if for example he eats on the right side last and then after pumping my left side produces twice as much as the right? Would I of...
