Incognito in Baby sleep
Waking up an hour earlier
Over the last week my LO is waking up an hour earlier than usual. He naps 11-12.30 then 4.30-6 and sleeps at 7.30/8. Is it time to reduce to one nap?

Waking from nap
Anyone else’s baby wake up from a nap really suddenly and they look so confused/ and a bit wobbly when trying to get up? This has only just started happening and it is not from every nap - no idea why…
