Can you have your nails done for a booked c section? I had them done a few weeks ago and due an infill not sure whether to get them done or take them off? I’m booked in Monday

Lying on right side
Hiya Am 34 weeks pregnant and I find it difficult to lie on my right side because once I do baby kicks so so well as if that position isn't good for them,if I turn to left side I will be fine again Am just worried,what could cause it
