Helpppppp! Why is the first period such a heavy one?!?! Can someone recommend any decent pads?! I've literally had to change myself 10 times in the last 30 minutes and still managed to leak. I have never had a period like it.

Hey girls, I recently got put on the patch as I’ve never been on contraception so thought it would be the easiest. Today was the first day of it being on and it’s already peeling round the edges. I’ve put a plaster over it but worried it’ll come of or isn’t effective. Any advice?
