I’ve recently had a baby boy after having a little girl I feel very lost. When do I need to pull back the foreskin to clean? Nurses told me to leave it but never said when to start cleaning.

I have extremely bad period pains and Panadol does not help and i don’t want to use contraception as a way to manage the pain. Has anyone used a tens machine or have recommendations?
