Am I good and definitely won’t be pregnant since I started my period or should I still take one just to be sure?

Hi! Has anyone had irregular periods since being postpartum? In the last 8 weeks I’ve had four ‘periods’ ranging from 4-9 days long. I did go back on the pill, which is a different brand to the one I was on before, so unsure if it’s the pill settling but I’ve never had this on the pill before!
