I haven’t tested positive but I can’t imagine how stressed you are at the moment. I would probably contact your maternity hospital in the morning to Let them know and ask to speak to a midwife/your doctor if possible and ask them is there anything you need to do or watch out for xx

Please do not worry in advance, your body might go through it well (as many ppl do). Contact GP, plenty rest and fluids, sending positive thoughts xx

Really sorry to hear that. Plenty of rest is probably the best for you and your baba. Hopefully it won’t affect you much. Xx

Hi Aoife, i had covid at around 19 weeks pregnant. I felt really sick with fever, coughed so much, i could not feel baby move too much for about 1 week. I took paracetamol tea lemon, bed rest and finally got rid of it after 3 weeks. The second trimester should be safe for the baby. Now i am 37 weeks, no issues and baby is moving just fine. All screening and scans are great. Hope you get well soon.

Hi Aoife, I caught covid at 25 weeks. It was between getting my 1st and 2nd vaccine. I felt awful at the time. Flu like symptoms for about a week. But I had a very healthy baby girl 2 weeks ago. So try not to worry if you can. Rest up and mind yourself. The main thing is getting better. ♥️🙏

I got clexane blood thinner injections were a life saver
