Has anyone lived in dubuque iowa? What schools would you recommend for elementary age in terms of: How much attention is paid to each students needs academically? Diversity and equality, my daughter is mixed race, can anyone share their own experiance with that? I'm mixed race as well and growing up here in CA I received so many questions about it and experianced some well bullshit lol. How are the teachers and staff?
