Executive Dysfunction

Anyone other pregnant people having a hard enough time just figuring out what to eat, then feeling tired after each meal, and feeling the difficulty of getting yourself to hopefully exercise at some point that there is no energy for anything else? Ugh. The added food aversions and watching what you eat for glucose sensitivity issues makes it extra hard.

I was like this for all of my pregnancies. No great advice but I def relate.

yes to all of that...this is the time where have to really rely on other people to help with that external motivation and stop trying to do it ourselves. let's help eachother..I love cooking and coming up with meals as well as excersing..motivating other people is easier than doing it myself..but if I can shift that focus on someone else the intended consequence is that I also do it for myself.

What helped me when I was preggo was finding what I could eat and then just having it mostly prepped so when I was hungry I didn't have to use tons of energy. Also have snacks and fruits etc. I applied the Fed is best to myself during that time lol
