What can I take for a cold while breastfeeding
Im also using a humidifier for baby as he also has a cold what else can I use for him
He is 5 months old

If you feel it’s necessary yes.
Unfortunately just things like paracetamol. Decongestants aren’t recommended as it can affect supply 😞 get well soon
