I’m the same as you, & the only things I’ve felt that have helped is cutting out spicy food, alcohol, & caffeine, & I wear sleeveless tops & dresses, & I never leave the house without my little battery operated fan, & my little spray bottle filled with water. I keep them both in my hand bag, & i spray my face with water, then use my fan.
