I have never made an effort to lose weight. I finally decided a few months ago that it was time. I have lost 30 pounds, and I am honestly shocked! I am currently not doing a whole lot exercise wise, but I drastically changed how I eat. I try to eat lots of protein and veggies. I still eat carbs and sugar but keep my intake low. I use the keto diet as inspiration. I also drink more water! I will be adding exercise as soon as my physical therapy is over. My PT said he would help me come up with an exercise routine. Changing how I eat has been easier than I thought. My sweets cravings have even gone down. Best advice is just to make one small change at a time, don't overwhelm yourself. Also losing weight takes time, so celebrate every pound lost!
@Christina thank you for sharing about what your doing I know it takes a lot to even say your trying to loose weight!!! Yes I’ve been walking more and watching calorie intake and I do IF sometimes too!
