4 year old birthday

My daughter is turning 4 this year.. and I am not sure where to go for her birthday.. she wants a small party but issue it she really doesn’t have any friends her age. She has her step brother and sister and their friends but she hasn’t really made any friends out here yet to say she has friends and the ones she had in the last town we lived in, their moms stop making the effort. Greensboro nc area or near it. ( nothing too expensive)
