Aqua worx
Anyone here ever try to baby aqua worx at emerald hills? Was it fun? Decent work out? Did your little like it? Love to hear some thoughts! 🙂

@Tasha-Lee update lol. I tried it today and it was great! It's 30 minutes of aqua aerobics while babe floats on a floaty shark. Then 15 mins of baby songs and mini swim lessons at the end.
@sam Did your little enjoy it, and do ok doing the 30mins?
@Tasha-Lee it was fun you can go at your own pace, exercises have an easy or hard variation. Can't wait to go again next week
