Yep 1 vegetable at a time over 2 - 3 days. Once you have ruled out any allergens/intolerances, you can mix them up & even add something new.

You only need to introduce allergens one at a time. Other foods are fine to introduce together so you don’t need to wait 2-3 in between, for example, different fruits & veggies! :) x
There’s a Facebook group called weaning the BLW way which gives loads of advice on allergens, how to introduce them, ideas of things to test the allergens with etc x

You can do it anyway you want but single veggies & then allergens are best to go through first to make sure they don’t react to anything (allergens one at a time) and then go for whatever you’re eating, just cut & served appropriately for the little one :) x
