Looks good, one portion of protein, fibre, and carbohydrates by meal is a balance 👌

It looks great

Mines dairy, soya and oat free. Refuses anything that resembles 'milk'. Won't even eat DF ice cream or have DF milkshake. He's also being really funny with vegetables so ure lucky if u can get ur toddler to have all that. Menu looks fantastic!

@Cheryl mine won’t have alternative milk or dairy free either 😂 I don’t know how you cope with soya & oats too 😩. I’m sick of her eating same thing x

Are you intentionally leaving out fruit? If so it looks good. If not I would add some fruits.

@Anna she eats fruits with her breakfast and at snack time these are only for tea time x

Looks great. I don't like sweet potato though as it has a funny taste in my opinion. Does your LO eat that?

Looks good. 👍 If I were doing anything else, I’d add extra proteins like tofu or beans! 💪
