Eating right.. how to decided
Sooo I'm in a major predicament. I normally eat pretty healthy mostly organic and local foods as much as possible.. but since being pregnant I've craved junk: Doritos, soda, French fries, cheeseburgers.. is it to late to change my eating habits to make my baby strong? There is so much information out there about red dye and all the sugar and it's just so much. I wanna do right by my baby's health. Should I feel guilty or just start making the change and forgive myself if I have slip ups?
How do you choose to make the healthiest decision for your growing human?
Ps taking medicine has been such a challenge because I don't want to f up my baby..

Give yourself grace. Pregnancy cravings are crazy and are temporary. You’ll go back to your normal food preferences postpartum. Baby probably just needs a crap ton of calories right now. I promise you’re doing great. ❤️
