High fever n cough
Anyone else's child get a high fever and a horrible cough for like 24 hours maybe less then be just fine the following day. Yesterday my son woke up crying due to. High fever and cough gave him Tylenol twice and cough syrup every 4 hours for the day. Then give night cough syrup for night time. Now this morning he wakes up just fine no cough no fever.

@Jennifer also it would be hard for my son to get HFMD as we are never around anyone and that's the only way to contract it is by touching someone with it
This is what my daughter had and then they found she had walking pneumonia.

Yes it was actually Hand foot and mouth for us. A couple of days later he wasn't eating as much as normal and very cuddly and just seemed not himself. He only had the mouth sores and no rash full energy just wanted extra cuddles. I took him to the doctor and that's the only reason we found out.
