Let me send a link to the U shaped pregnancy pillow I got! It helped only during my my 2nd trimester. My cousin is using mine now and it seems to help her (I hope) since she hasn’t said anything to me lol

If you overheat easily I do not suggest the u shaped ones. ALSO the ones that hook on one side at the end are terrible if you flip a lot in your sleep you have to try and flip the whole pillow with you or get up and fix it then lay back down. I currently have one. I’m looking to get the simple support pillows on the front and back instead of the big ones because I overheat and move a lot so I’m hoping that will be a better option
Pharmedoc Pregnancy Pillows,... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C22K5K5R?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I am very hot natured and haven’t had any issues with using this pillow, granted I always sleep with a fan regardless. I’ve been using this since 16-17 weeks and almost 35 now, it has been a lifesaver.
@Brooke are you a mover in your sleep? I toss and turn a lot and this pillow makes it sooo hard I have to get up and flip it then get comfortable again😭
Pregnancy Pillows for Sleeping, Memory Foam Pregnancy Body Pillow for Pregnant Women, Adjustable Maternity Pillow with Detachable Pillow Cover (Grey) https://a.co/d/0swD29E I've been loving this pillow from Amazon. It's a wedge pillow and really helps take the pressure off of my stomach. It's not full body so it does not make me hot. It also is a wedge shape so it's been comfy no matter what size bump I've had. And since there's a wedge on both sides it keeps me from rolling onto my back. A lot of times I can get away with not having a pillow due to my bed but there are days everything feels so heavy. I was gifted a c shape pillow and it's good also but hot and hard to move.
@Kaya Smith yes I flip flop all night but I don’t move the pillow, it works for me either way.
@Kaya Smith idk if I’m the Brooke you’re talking to since two of us commented with the same pillow lol… but I don’t. My daughter is partial to my left side so I actually can only sleep on my right. She will kick like crazy if I lay on my left. I lay extra pillows in the middle sometimes now to sleep on my back but not be completely flat… but I’m also due in 2 weeks so comfort is minimal now for me.
