I’m 25 +4 days and I’m looking at getting one but not sure when is the right time to get one and start using it. I’ve been suffering really bad with hip pains xx
Yeah I've been using one for a few weeks now, hospital physio recommended it and gave me some exercises to do... Loads on YouTube as well :)
@Siobhan thanks girly ! I’m quite tall so I need to make sure I get the right size for sure 😂
@Kylie aw bless you, it seems anytime from now will be good ? I’m 26+6 days and I keep getting aches in my back and legs xx
My midwife told me at my 28 week appointment it was time to get one as Iv been suffering with really bad hip pain, there are different size balls for different heights though so just google what size birthing ball for what height xx
Definitely get one soon, I've used mine since 20 weeks to help keep hips feeling good. I work from home so use it at my desk, watching TV etc. My back pain has really reduced
I have one since 5 months. Godsend for my pelvic symphysis pains! Great tool for gentle exercises as well. And I use it when I work for a few consequent hours in front of the computer. Love it!
I've got one as I get restless legs in the evening and the bouncing helps them a bit. I just bought a standard exercise ball off vinted. Have a look at what size is recommended for your height though
