I did. First of all talk to your baby. Rub your belly as you talk to ur LO saying this is my hand you have two hands too and here is my tummy you're in my tummy then move your head and say this is my head you have a head too. Rub your face and say this is my face you have a face too. Now let's try moving your head downwards. Rub your belly clockwise and when you rach the lower part say your head has to come here for you to come out of there so we can hug each other. Just keep talking and rubbing clockwise as much as you can 2nd is Using the birth ball! There are some exercises too but I didn't do them much. There's also the warrior yoga pose and butterfly knee flapping which I liked doing. But MOST IMPORTANTLY is the connection you make with your baby. They're extremely smart and fully conscious we just need to connect and communicate with them. All the best!
Heating pad on the bottom of your stomach and cold pack on the top. Exercise ball bouncing. Sit upside down with your legs on your couch (Google this one it’s called forward leaning inversion ) There’s also a course called spinning babies.
My baby flipped at 35weeks but I didn’t really do anything. I did however feel it as he decided to do it at about 2 am. I had a feeling he flipped because I felt a lot of pressure on the sides of my stomach
I had a successful ecv at 36 weeks and went on to have a vaginal delivery after spontaneous labour at 41+3. It was uncomfy but over pretty quickly and I’m so glad I did it! I tried spinning babies before that as well but didn’t have very much time for that to work before the procedure :)
@Rachel Kim EVC is very painful, felt so bruised after it. I would never go for that again it was awful.
Have you had a look at spinning babies my health visitor recommended that and said it worked for some
I had an ECV at 36 weeks which was successful. I didn't find it painful at all and was so easy! X
My baby was still breech at 36 weeks, I did all the exercises etc. and it made no difference. He did, however, turn head down by the time I was referred for a scan and I was able to have a vaginal birth, so don't give up hope if that's what you're aiming for! 😄
I’ll be trying EVC next week, I’ll be 36 weeks Monday. OB said 50/50 chance of it working, if not then will have to have a c section
