I believe you can
Yes I have one myself
Any atm for a fee but chase atm is free
Capital one, chase & most big banks don’t charge a fee.
Most larger banks let you take out the money for free. Other atms not in a bank charge a fee
Cap one didn’t charge me a fee I took it out when I paid rent last month
Make SURE to use the LOCK 🔒 feature on the portal or app to lock your EBT card. I got benefits for the first time last month and everything was gone the next day after I’d made one small purchase because it was raining that day and I didn’t want to walk in the rain with a bunch of groceries. I was devastated. Anyways it took them a whole 28 days to investigate and return the benefits to me. My point here is to just lock your card after EVERY single transaction. Also like others have said use a MAINSTREAM bank like Chase or Bank of America or something to withdraw your cash benefit. Finally, make sure to set your pin so you don’t get your card locked by entering the wrong pin. Best of luck ✨
Thanks ladies
