I worked from home with my first baby. It was manageable up until about 9 months. She was also a super easy baby. My second baby has been a terror and I couldn’t imagine what it would’ve been like with him. Sorry, No real advice… just best of luck to you!
@Katie what do you do? I think it’s also depend on the job
@San I’m a licensed architect. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls but also job site visits which is essentially what lead me to my decision to leave
@Katie I feel you. My job is similar
I personally know only one friend but she also have family help. I’m going to attempt this after this month going back part time so let’s see. I doubt I’ll get to do anything… I have a fairly easy baby but still she need 24/7 supervision and I have a loving partner who help out… try it for yourself and see if you can. I was also going to try if you can afford it is hiring a babysitter or nanny to help me with her while I take meetings in between but that’s too expensive so I’m actually considering quitting my job 🥲 to care for my baby
