Baby’s heartbeat ❤️

Aw that's great! Mine wouldn't do it. They said its not done routinely any more amd definitely not done at 16 weeks. I next see her at 28 weeks so I've a while until I get to hear! X

That’s amazing , I don’t get any and the wait until 20 weeks Is soo long 😣

My last pregnancy we got to hear at 16 weeks so I’m hoping we do this time round

We are exactly with the same time (I’m also 16+6) and today I got to hear the heartbeat on my midwife appointment as well! I wasn’t expecting her to offer us because I read not every trust does it, but we were so happy…. Such a relief after the 12 week scan right? 🥰

Congratulations! What a relief! I am 16+4 and got to hear the heartbeat today too! Been bouncing and excited ever since! x

Aww gorgeous! I’m going tomorrow and not sure whether I’ll get to hear it or not. I did have a scan on Sunday though so that was a great reassurance x

My midwife said they don’t offer it to everyone as not to get people’s hopes up! This is my second baby so I did say to her if she can’t find the heartbeat then I promise not to panic 😂 but we were very lucky to be able to get it pretty quickly!

They do it if it’s your first baby right? I heard mine it was amazing!

@Delvene im not sure to be honest, i think it depends on your trust and your midwife in general! This is my second baby and I can’t remember if they did it this early with my first as that was almost 3 years ago. I think just luck of the draw x

I had my 16 week scan at exactly 16 weeks the other day this is my second she offered and asked if I wanted too but also stated because it’s early on we may not get to hear it… I heard the heart beat for about 30 seconds before baby got annoyed and kept running away 😂😂😂😂 xx

Derbyshire - they listened to my little ones heart beat at 16 week app a few days ago ❤️

Oxfordshire - I had one on 16 weeks + 3 days and I could hear too 🥰 it made me feel so good as sounded like gallop of horses !

I had my appointment today and got to hear mine too ☺️

I’ve got mine Wednesday but it’s just a phone call appointment been told I have to wait until 25weeks to hear baby’s heartbeat xx
