Bit random . will book a doctors appointment when I can . But can anyone recommend any hay fever tablets safe for pregnancy . Was told to take Loratadine but this isn’t doing anything at all . I’m so

I have a GP appointment today about this so will let you know! I’ve had to keep taking fexofenadine even though it says online there’s no research whether they’re safe in pregnancy, just to get through the day. Praying the GP has an answer today I can’t cope with no tablets 🥲
Just to update, my GP said there’s not many/if any hayfever tablets that are ‘recommended’ during pregnancy as no one has tested any on pregnant women, and that there’s no research into them. He advised me to continue taking fexofenadine x
