Hey! I’m the same, hardly post but I come on for a read every now and then. My first smear test tomorrow too 🙄😂. Unfortunately my babe has had a hard time with eczema, severe eczema that’s lead to golf ball sized lymph nodes, skin infections and multiple hospital trips. Inbetween this he’s had tonsillitis 3 times and Covid and Croup at the same time which he was struggling to breathe with so I had to ring 999 in the middle of the night, leading to hospital AGAIN. But I’m enjoying him so much, he’s so happy and smiley even with all the crap he’s been through and I feel so blessed. Needed to write that tonight as it’s been bath night and being a child with eczema I’ve never seen him enjoy a bath ever, but at the minute it’s really bad and I’m just so sad seeing him so sad, when all I want him to do is splash and play with his toys. Just the little things like this that I’m struggling with at the minute. But as a whole, I feel well and truly blessed. Hope you & baba are well ❤️

@Libby oh goodness it sounds like you’ve been really going through it, I’m so sorry😞 please let me know how the smear test is, I’m anxious! I really hope you find something that soothes his eczema and helps him feel more comfortable love him. Poor baby😞 my first born suffered with croup awfully as a baby but she’s 8 now and has finally grown out of it, I can’t imagine how scary that was for you!! You’re doing amazing mama. Every smile that boy makes is because of you.🩵
