@Chell iv not read it yet, i've had a quick look through it and its mostly sabbat rituals, chants & initiations.
This is is kind of wrong tho. Apart from Judaism, all one-God religions came from one book (the Torah). Hinduism might be older than Judaism. There's only 3 major religions that come from the Torah/Bible. Paganism is common sense stuff I feel.
Carl Jung's Red Book/ Liber Novus is a good one for me. He used a lot of Alchemy and also the I Ching. But he traveled around and took inspiration from the Zulu tribes. If you have any religious text too. The Christian Bible is full of Magick if you read it in different perspectives
From what I've studied of Gardener, he was actually quite a bad boy. He used sex for a lot of things in his coven, and not always in a good way. (Just a random bit of info there) As for those of us following a polytheism path (more than one God/Goddess), you'll never find one specific "Bible" or sacred text. Depending on your specific path you might find a few good authors to follow. For my husband and I, we are both pretty eclectic so we have a lot of books on a lot of different things, but nothing like a "one size fits all, this is how you practice" sort of book. Bring Pagan is a little different for everybody, find what you like, read it, study it, and live it. 😊
I havent read this book, whats it about?
