Last year at this time, I was moving through heavy anxiety and levels of fear I hadn’t encountered since my beautiful father passed away… Everything I thought to be safe and sure came crumbling down like sand castles… At one of my lowest points, I was sitting underneath my favorite tree weeping & meditating…this is the precious download that came through for me: “Darcel, the reason you’re suffering is because you’re refusing to surrender….Similar to when you gave birth, the more you fight against the contractions…the more exhausted and defeated you become…But if you will just lean into the surges and waves of pain, they’ll push you up to the shore.
