Preterm baby development
My baby was born at 34 weeks + 5 days, does this mean her development will be delayed according to her date she was due? A baby at 7 weeks becomes observent of their surroundings, does this not apply to my preterm baby?

Your baby would technically follow milestones based off when they were supposed to be born. My son was born at 36+3 but he meets milestones based off when he was born not his due date. It’ll vary with each baby though.
Yes your baby could be delayed even just a few weeks. My baby was 27weeks and 5 days and is stilled delayed by 2 years according to autism test we just had done and he is 5 now
