Is this miscarriage tmi

I'm on implant I had pinkish bleeding last night woke up bleeding thought was period had implant put in couple weeks ago. Went to toilet and found this in my pad clots in toilet and done test and looked negative another pic in comments

Best to speak with medical professional, I know someone who had implant put in, followed by heavy bleeding a few weeks after similar to this but was a side effect to the implant.

I had heavy bleeding at 11 weeks, huge clots coming out, was told it was the baby .. was sent to an emergency scan the next day.. got the scan and heard the heartbeat very strong and she was still there kicking away... She is now a very healthy 11 month old..
