is anybody out there

i had an unknown pregnancy. or a stealth, cryptic pregnancy or whatever other word there is for not knowing you’re pregnant until you have your baby. i am grateful for my life and all the turns it has taken, but i wish i could find anyone else to relate to on this part of it. people have told me “it happens way more often than you think”…EXCELLENT! where are those women?? talking about your pregnancy is different when you didn’t get to be present as it was happening and everything is just looking back and realizing why things were. talking to any women about pregnancy is interesting, but it feels uncomfortable in a way to try and be involved. the best way i can describe the feeling is asking you to imagine it’s the first day of school. imagine you walk into the classroom, and find out there’s a final that day, and everyone else knew and prepared. you don’t even know what you don’t know yet, but your peers are ready in the desks around you. maybe it makes no sense, hopefully it does. so this is my beacon to the other girl out there who maybe knows what i’m talking about
