I believe you can get blood work that (could be wrong). I stopped breastfeeding in February, and I felt off for a few months, I’m finally starting to feel normal! I don’t think there is a specific amount of time as it could be different for everyone I tried my best to eat healthier and get outside more which I think did help a bit!

What were your symptoms?

Hormone imbalances can impact your daily life, but an endocrinologist can help you manage this issue. To get one from your Dr requires specific things, so note your symptoms and research one in your area.

I found a place I'm making a Tele appt to in Toronto that specializes in hormonal imbalance. HORMONAL REBALANACE. I'm going through perimenopause and have a 4 year old 😪 I haven't called yet still looking into how reputable they are but reviews are saying great things. May be an option for you. Good luck

Start with your regular doctor. Unfortunately many are overly dismissive of women’s health issues and consider feeling like shit all the time ‘normal’ but maybe you’ll have a good doctor. Have yourself tested for nutritional deficiencies also. Pregnancy and breastfeeding can really leave you depleted

Even my hormones were imbalanced before pregnancy. I consulted naturopath and within an year all the issues related to the imbalance were resolved. The supplements they prescribe is effective and no side effects. But yes along with treatment it is a good idea to maintain a good healthy lifestyle. Watch your diet eat healthy and exercise. Regular walks are also helpful.
