How to handle period on holidays

Highly recommend a menstral cup! I love mine (though haven’t been able to wear it since having baby - 6 months pp - I’ve got a bit more work to do on my pelvic floor!). But they are ace - no leaks, can swim in the ocean and last longer than a tampon.

Try a menstrual cup or disc! So much better than tampons and they can be left for up to 12 hours.

Have you tried period undies/bathers? I've found them to be great.

You can get period blockers (little pills) they’re safe to use occasionally! I’ve never used one, but read good things and plan to use them when I go on holiday later in the year. Xxx
