Little one will be big brother

Anyone else currently pregnant? I am due early Jan and little one will be just a month shy of 3 yo 🥰 We are now looking at the scan pictures and talk about the baby growing in mommy's tummy. I think in couple of months I will get a baby doll so we can pretend play and get used to having a baby around. I know it will be hard in the beginning until we find our rhythm but I am so excited for our little family to grow! How are you feeling if in the same boat? When do you plan to start your maternity if currently working? Do you keep baby stuff from your first or are you planning to start shopping again? Is your little one looking forward to becoming a big sister / brother?

Hey; first off congratulations! I’m pregnant again with my second. I’m due early November with another girl. My daughter will be 2 years 9 months when baby is born🥰 My 2 year old is very excited to become a big sister and really understands what’s going on. She calls the baby by her name and always wants to touch my tummy and kiss it😍😂 I kept everything from my first as I really couldn’t part with any of her clothes; and luckily we were blessed with another girl so baby doesn’t need much at all!! I’m very excited that we are having another baby but do worry how my daughter will feel/be when baby is born, just as she is quite jealous and is such a mummy’s girl! I just keep telling her she can help mummy dress and change baby sister which she is so excited about. I’m going on maternity a week before baby is due. Congratulations 🩷🩷

Im currently pregnant with my second, due in December😊 my little boys excited for baby carries around his wee baby putting it to bed and all that, ive not heard much off my work since i got pregnant 🙈 ive kept a few things as my second is a boy is ive kept things that i loved for my first and his going home jumper 🥰 im so excited to see my liitle boy as a big brother x

Congrats! I am currently pregnant with our second, due next Feb so going to have two February babies 😅 hoping their birthdays aren’t too close together! We haven’t told our son just yet with me still being in first trimester but when we started talking about trying for a second I would start bringing up the conversation with my son about the possibility of having a sibling to get his thoughts on it. The problem is he only wants a baby sister so don’t know how he’s going to react if it’s another boy 🙈😅 he’s currently going through a phase where he is absolutely fascinated by babies, it was actually seeing him interact with a baby at a toddler group that gave me major baby fever and firmly made my decision to try for a second. I’m a SAHM since having my son so don’t have to think about maternity this time. We will try and reuse as much as possible from our first I think to save buying new.

Congratulations 🥳 I am due end of jan 24 and my youngest will be 3 in feb. I’ve also got two older children so I remember what it’s like having two young ones but I think I have rose tinted glasses as it was 15 years ago 🤣 Very exciting. X
