My endo flares when it’s time of the month so I use a machine called MYOOVI. I’ve used cycle soother in the past too x

Feel free to message me lovely! 🥰

I’m awaiting my second surgery for endo. I had one in 2021 and another planned for this year. I know how hard it is. I had a little boy 1 year ago. X

Wireless tens machine is a game changer! I have the myoovi too & love it. Loads of people swear by the BeYou patches, they don’t work much for me but might be worth a go because people rave about them! Sending lots of love💛

Hi Kaitlen, feel free to message me. I had similar worries the same point pp but had an IUD put in and overall 9 months on its no where near as debilitating as it was pre baby. I can run after him quite well. However the pregnancy and carrying heavy baby around have made my scoliosis pain v bad. Its not as unbearable as endo but still makes it hard to sleep or get comfortable or stay in a good mood. Just wanted to give some hope! Your womb may still be going back to previous size. I had lochia for 7 weeks! Can you get your excision surgery rescheduled now? Congrats on new baby!!!

Regarding tens machines I skipped all the crap targeted at period pain and just use the elle tens aimed at labour pains. We know endo is not that much more mild than early labour! They're cheaper and last years with heavy use. Hot water bottle if you haven't tried already! Lots of rest, hydration, and short daily walks in sunshine

Sorry your symptoms have come back. I'm just wondering, are you breastfeeding? I'm nearly 4 weeks pp but EBF and wondering when to expect my symptoms to return. X

I was in this exact same boat. At my 6 week check up, the doctor put me on the pill which is to be taken back to back and not have periods. I haven’t had a period yet and haven’t had any endo related pain. When I was bleeding after having my baby however, that lasted almost 6 weeks and I had so much of the endo pain as well. So I’m glad the pill have stopped my periods until I get everything sorted again.
