How old are you if you don’t mind asking?

@Lina I’m 35 years old

@Lina I had symptoms like hot flushes and night sweats restless sleep or difficulty falling asleep and tiredness headaches aches and pains in joints & back, etc dry itchy vagina sore tender breasts. mood changes forgetfulness brain fog anxiety & depression

@Lina my periods were irregular they were only lasting 2-3 days and sometimes would be late to get a period

Hello 🙂 self-test kits are sadly very unreliable and aren't recommended by any of the global menopause associations. Urine and saliva testing are both notorious for giving false results, and whilst blood testing gives more accurate readings, even they can be unreliable in making a diagnosis. Several repeated blood tests are needed to assist diagnosis. Experiencing early symptoms age 35, needs an appointment with your doctor to discuss. Irregular periods are just one symptom and may have many causes other than perimenopause. I got my same day test results back today

They also said perimenopause today

@Tammy Phillips I’m sorry you are going through that. I’m experiencing most of your symptoms. I know that my AMH is very low and my FSH is very high. Last time I was the doctor, he said I will have an early menopause.
