Sleepless Nights
Hey mommas, does your little one sleep well at night? My daughter wakes up so many times a night, unless she's sleeping in our bed. But then she kicks while she's sleeping and we can't sleep either... We are so tired. 😅

I sleep trained my son at 6 months so he sleeps in his own bed but sometimes he has rough nights and regressions (like the last week) where he gets in my bed and was up from 2am-5am 😭
Same. My son has to be close to me to sleep, it's rough. I don't know how to help him sleep better by himself
