Advice?
Hi everyone! I was hoping to get some advice. My partner and I are planning to sell our condo to buy a bigger house. Is there a spell or ritual we can use to get a good offer on our condo? The decision will be made today. Additionally, we have found a home that we absolutely love, and I was wondering if there is a way to solidify that deal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’m not sure on a spell but sometimes if I’m really wishing for something I’ll write it down, ground myself, take a minute to focus on all my senses (I like to have something of every element next to me too, water, incense for air, crystal for earth, and a candle) then burn the paper in the candle. Also green aventurine is great for good luck and money, carry that around for awhile.
