Miscarriage symptoms

I’m 100% sure I’m having a miscarriage I’ve had spotting since last Thursday, every day. However I have awful morning sickness in the morning and sometimes at other times in the day. I rang epau to tell them about the bleeding as I’m due a scan and the nurse has said nausea is a good sign and not really a sign of a miscarriage however I can’t imagine everything is ok. Has anyone else experienced bad nausea in a pregnancy loss? I thought it might be due to the drop in HCG.

I’m currently going through this too, I have an appointment at the epu tomorrow morning. I’m hoping for the best but prepared for the worst. I’ve read so many people’s posts about spotting though who have been absolutely fine so fingers crossed for us both

hey lovely i’m so sorry your going through this it’s so tough. when i went through my miscarriage i had no symptoms other than bleeding when i wiped it was red as first but only a little bit and then it got pinkish. i got it checked over and i was about 5weeks but they wasn’t sure if it was to early to see a heart beat so i went back a week later and it was confirmed i had miscarriage. after it was confirmed i had slight nausea ( it was only ever slight during pregnancy) but then when the miscarriage started to go through me i was throwing up and i was feeling extremely sick and painful cramps. however for me personally it didn’t last very long once this had started, i was feeling like this for around 1-2 days. i’ve also spoken to people who have had miscarriages and someone has said to me that when they was going through it they had a doctor explain to them that symptoms may continue until everything had gone out of your body. i really hope this is not the case for you because

spotting in pregnancy can be completely normal, i’ve also spoken to people who have had extremely heavy bleeding and everything was completely fine. try not to worry yourself to much until it’s been confirmed. i’ve got my fingers crossed everything works out well for you ❤️

When I miscarried at 10 weeks pregnant, I was being sick and miscarrying at the same time, the pain was horrendous, it was like labour pains, the blood was heavy.

I’ve had 3 losses. When I was pregnant for the second time (with twins) I had a massive amount of bleeding. Would pour down my legs when I stood up, I really truly thought there was no way I wasn’t having a miscarriage. I had a scan a little less than a week later and saw both my babies completely healthy. I lost one twin several weeks later around 13 weeks, but my son is almost 2 now. I had a subchorionic hematoma that healed itself. I’m hoping for the best for you 🖤
