Help inspo needed

I'm feeling so lazy & uninspired! I need some minimal prep meal ideas for this evening for 2 adults and a BLW 13 month old please! We will eat pretty much anything and everything. Nothing too unhealthy for tonight, feel like I've not had the healthiest meals this week already! What are you all having tonight? Thanks 😊
