*He is 8mo*

Porridge made with oat milk topped with fruit 🍓

Porridge but with just water or even whichever milk you give him x

Me and my daughter do not drink cows milk either My go to when she was a baby was porridge with mashed banana and berries Dairy free mini pancakes is also a good option, you just used dairy free milk and banana to help bind it instead of eggs

My LO loves the Sainsbury’s banana and plum porridge we just make it with water. Sometimes I make normal porridge with mashed banana, kiwifruit, hemp seeds, cinnamon and linseed. I also do weetabix mashed with a little boiling water. Or just fruit like banana and berries or mashed avocado he loves that. Or toast with toppings like peanut butter, mashed banana or avocado. He is also 8mo 🙂

How was he diagnosed? Trying to see if my LO has a milk protein allergy

@Dee I had to take him to Spain to a private pediatrician and seeing his eczema and so he thought it was cows milk intolerance. He was positive. But he still have eczema and pretty bad. So proba ly he is alergic to something else. Im now descarting foods and writting in a notebook everything just to have a control

@Dee apparently non-IGe forms of it don’t show on tests so I just had to eliminate from my diet for a month as it takes that long to exit the system and see if symptoms improved. They say to reintroduce to see if they return but I didn’t want to prolong his allergy so didn’t do that. He’s now 9mo and I’ve been told to try the milk ladder with him as it’s been 6mo since I quit dairy
