Snuzpod Colourway

This is very random but does anyone have the Snuzpod4 in the Walnut colourway? I just received mine and it looks completely different than whats advertised online. The colour is a much more cooler shade of brown. Im trying to decide whether I should try to get it exchanged or if its just false advertising. The box it came in did say Walnut on it. I know right! The john lewis customer service is saying that its just a difference in lighting probably but the the difference is just so stark!

I ordered the colour slate thinking it was more charcoal closer to black as pictured online and when it arrived it was more grey. I was also disappointed but kept it anyways. Also ordered mine via John Lewis

@Sheza John Lewis are usually really good at sorting things like this out so I'd just go back to them and say you're not convinced the colour is correct. I'd find out where it is in stock so you can see one in person before buying it

Alternatively, see if there is a code stamped anywhere on the snuzpod that indicates the colour - maybe ask Snuzpod as well

Yeh it’s frustrating cause they’re insisting that it just looks different because of the lighting🤦🏻‍♀️ any they dont have any models in store for me to look at in person.

@Sheza we’ll check it out at another store and see the difference but I would keep insisting or just refund it and buy it elsewhere like SnuzPod website
