How do you go about testing how would I go about getting my 13 yr old adopted son tested

We had to have a referral from his pediatrician, then I had to answer a bunch of questions on paper and face to face. She also watched him play for a while, we did it Telehealth, she talked to him etc. and after a couple of video calls she officially diagnosed him.
Just need to find a pediatrician or specialist that can do the testing it's just about 20-30 questions to determine what he can or can't do
