Are you breastfeeding too? Stick that baby on the boob to stimulate your supply. Even if they’re not getting anything, it will help when you pump later. That always worked for me.

Could it be that your valves need to be replaced? Those are key

Check your flange size, the nipple size changes though out your BF journey and you may need to size down x

@Morgan i try but she screams when I try and get her to latch because nothing is coming out

@Jacqueline I have tried this sadly and nothing🥺

It hurts my heart that I cannot produce anything to feed my baby. This is the most stressful thing

Look into foods that help with prolactin production. Edit to add: make sure you’re getting enough protein too, women (especially when producing milk) need lots of it. My mum is a health nut, and saw something saying women need 24g of protein at breakfast time (I’ve found a shake to be the best way for me personally) Making sure you’re pumping every 2-3 hours should also help your supply. If you’ve stopped pumping through the night, maybe picking that pump back up will help. Long term, I knew certain things that should help my supply (I had a dip at 4 months, and it dropped off at 6.5 months) weren’t sustainable for me. I pump a few times a day, a couple times on top of that with a manual pump as well to see if that helps me (I’ve always had a low supply).

@Private 😔 do you have access to a lactation consultant where you are?

Min crashed at 4.months ans I've just about got it back now after 2 weeks. What helped me was Flapjack loads of it I've been having it about 4 times a day Mothers milk tea(please be are it has fenugreek in which does make some women's supply crash more but it worked for me) Loads and loads of water I'm drinking between 4-5 litres a day Skin to skin as much as you can And try not to stress as stress makes it worse. I know easier said than done I sat and cried for a few days I also did power pumping for a few days but did it on a night times as I found it actually made my supply worse I'd I did it in a morning

Stress can affect the supply, the more you stress about not having enough of supply, the less supply you will get. And the same goes for any other stress factors happening in your life. If pump parts, food etc are all correct and good, then I’d have a check in with myself to see how I’m doing mentally. Wishing you all the best :)

Check stress levels, stress and anxiety can seriously affect your supply. Drink plenty water and keep baby on breast stimulating you

They do supplementary nursing systems! Immensely useful to get baby to latch to help with supply, you can combine with nipple shields if bottle has made them a nipple refuser like my daughter, dont try fenugreek its either amazing or lowers supply completely and for me sadly it was the second and i couldnt even get more than a drop! Pump to stimulate cluster feeding, every hour or two for 48 hours really helped me n change your diaphram and valve if you haven’t already

my lo is 1 month & 1/2 this is my fear of mine and im sorry your going thru it following for tips

After lactation settling at about 4 months you may produce amount needed, but you need a baby to suck it. It just won’t pump
