Rash
My boy has had this rash on his cheeks for about a month now and it just hasn’t gone. I don’t even know if it is a rash as he’s never had one before 😂 any ideas on how to clear it up I’ve been putting bepanthem on there twice a day and it’s made no difference so need some recommendations for some creams please:)

Look like dry skin rash to me! Possibly from dribble etc.. if teething. I’d try a moisturiser rather than a nappy type cream as they will just dry it out more! We use the Aldi dupe for the Aveeno cream xx

My sons had this for months now, will also some red skin pigmentation on his cheeks too! I thought it was just baby acne/milk spots but they haven't went away. He doesnt have a single tooth yet so I think the teething suggestion makes sense so I will try moisturising also!
My lo has same when teething I put a layer of sudocreme on and then vaseline on top to act as barrier to the dribble worked after a couple days last time teeth were coming through
