If u are breastfeeding eat watermelon it helps boost ur milk supply eat loads of fruits especially in this heat itā€™s very hard to keep an appetite

@Auguste Hiya, No I am not breastfeeding. I am 10 weeks pregnant.x

Oh right but fruit is the very beneficial while pregnant natural glucose. Nausea is completely normal I went off meat completely felt like being sick when i walked past meat in the store. I couldnā€™t keep food down nor vitamins I threw up everything. What helped me was eating ice cream or ice lollies then eating food that used to do the trick. However listen to ur body whatever ur craving try eating it thatā€™s ur body basically telling what it needs. I went through a stage craving raw broccoli and cauliflower because I was low on iron turned out my body couldnā€™t digest iron tablets and before giving birth the tried to give me an iron infusion then I had a hypertensive allergic reaction which almost killed me turned out I am allergic to iron and can only digest naturally from foods. So just listen to ur body I was eating Mango with skin ik it sounds weird but I actually found out that the mango skin has many nutrients

Thank you so much for the hints.. I will consume more fruits henceforth. I know right! The nauseous thingy is so disturbing šŸ˜© cheers.

U just have to get through the first trimester then on the second trimester everything gets easier itā€™s like a little break u will feel hunger and eat everything then the third trimester the break ends thatā€™s where ur gonna feel uncomforted in sleeping in sitting etc as the baby will be wiggling around but when u start feeling ur babies movements u will like all of itā€™s worth it

I went to the doctors and got anti sickness tablets they work amazing I still have them now
