Chocolate can be a great snack! I found little dark chocolate squares from Costco that were very low sugar and low carbs and they were a delightful snack. Dark chocolate is usually the best, but it sometimes has sneaky added sugars, so be sure to check the label for added sugars and total carbs. Berries can also be a nice, sweet snack. They are high in fiber. I also found a bunch of sugar free ice creams I liked. But not all were created equal.
Thank you all 💞💞
Moderation. Denying yourself just makes you want it more. I allow myself 1 small treat a day. Sometimes it’s just gushers or a small box of chocolate covered raisins. I haven’t had cake or bigger treats in 2 weeks now. Saving those for bigger occasions
@Brooke this! I had cupcakes at my baby shower because it was my party.
@Brooke definitely, I am not one who wants about all food but reading I can have dark chocolate just makes things better. I don’t know why I only think about croissants and donuts 😅😅
Yum! I love love the cookie recipe on this newsletter. Perfect for GD and you can add cacao powder to the powder to make them double chocolate https://open.substack.com/pub/hellojulienne/p/can-you-outsmart-your-cravings?r=3s07ks&utm_medium=ios
