Vitamin D drops help

Hiya, do any of you know if I can pour these drops straight into my babies mouth. On the instructions it says to administer drop by drop onto nipple however that is very difficult as the baby needs to have half of the provided dropper. Does anyone know if it would be fine to just drop the drops straight into his mouth. We previously used different ones and it was just one drop that he needed not half of the provided dropper.

I don’t have an answer for you but I’ve been quite bad with remembering to give my baby vit D every day — and even when I do, it’s only half the recommended dose as my nipple can only take so many drops at a time and willingly unlatching baby off me to put more drops on feels silly.

I use a different one but put all the drops onto a sterilised medicine spoon and then give it to her in one go

@Ali yeh that’s exactly what I thought. That’s why in my opinion it would be much easier to just drop them straight into babies mouth. I was quite bad with remembering to give my baby vit D aswell until I started involving it into our bed time routine. So every time little one has a bath I have the vit D next to his bath stuff (brush, nappies etc) this helps to remember to take it with his stuff and give it to him when he’s all dressed after his bath.
