I feel you, I have dealt with it for years and pregnancy is of course only making things worse. If you tried all the “natural” hacks - smaller meals, no spicy foods / caffeine / chocolate / other triggers, etc., speak to a doctor about taking a proton pump inhibitor. They seem to be safe during pregnancy and can significantly relieve your symptoms (you can try rennies and gaviscon first, but they aren’t nearly as strong)
I had reflux before pregnancy so I'm on long term omeprazole which is great for preventing, it doesn't however stop it if I have something that seems to upset my stomach like bolognese pasta or a tomato pizza because of the acidity in food. I use rennies outwith the omeprazole but it sometimes doesn't go away complete but it's more tolerable x
I have terrible reflux and heartburn too and I find TUMS antacids (you can get them from Amazon) are godsends. Taking one of those before bed more or less gets rid of my symptoms all night
Gaviscon the liquid, its on my bedside table and is getting me through it, instant relief after 20ml xx
